What to expect
Everything starts the same way: one free 30-minute call, online. No preparation, no forms, nothing is sold on it.
What we do in those 30 minutes
You tell me what's on your mind. I listen, ask questions, and reflect back what I hear. Usually the thing you walked in with is not quite the thing we end up talking about, and that part is the point.
By the end we both have a clearer read on what is actually going on, and on whether working together makes sense.
What you take away, even if we stop there
A sharper version of the question you arrived with. Most people come in with some version of "I don't know what to do about this" and leave with a better "this".
If I think someone else would serve you better, a therapist, a mentor in your specific domain, a different kind of specialist, I will say so and point you there. That happens, and it is a perfectly good outcome for a first call.
If we continue
We pick the format that fits what you brought: one decision you are stuck on, a period you need to get through, or longer work on how you operate. Formats, length and prices are on the Formats and pricing page.
We also agree on rhythm, weekly, every two weeks or every three, and on the ground rules: confidentiality, how we handle running into each other professionally, how to move a session. None of that is left to improvisation.
Booking
Pick a time that works for you. If nothing in the calendar fits, write to me and we will find a slot.
