How it works: from first call to change
1. Book a conversation
Pick a time that works. 30 minutes, online, free. No preparation needed.
2. Discovery call
You share what's on your mind. I listen, ask questions, and reflect back what I hear. We figure out if working together makes sense.
3. We set the format
If you decide to continue, we agree on the format (4 or 10 sessions), schedule, and rhythm that fits your life. Weekly, biweekly, or every three weeks.
4. First results
Our first working session is 90 minutes. We define your core request and build a roadmap together. From there, we meet for 60 minutes, one-on-one, online. By the end of it, you walk away with clarity on what's happening, a concrete plan, and an understanding of what steps to take next. Between sessions, I'm available via chat if something urgent comes up.
5. Positive changes
By sessions 3 to 4, the shift becomes visible. You think differently about problems that used to keep you stuck. Decisions come faster. You lead with more intention and less autopilot.
By sessions 8 to 10, the change runs deeper. You've built a new way of operating: how you handle pressure, how you make decisions, how you show up for your team and yourself. After session 5 we review your progress and adjust the roadmap. Session 10, we close out and take stock of what's different.
This isn't something that disappears when we stop. It stays with you.
