How I got about into coaching?
I spent 15+ years inside the tech and gaming industry.
Motorola, Blizzard, Wargaming.
Worked my way up to Head of Publishing level.
I know what it's like to be the person in the middle: crunches, restructurings, launches that go sideways, stakeholders who want answers you don't have. I've been that manager who looks like he's holding it together while quietly running on fumes.
Then life hit harder than any work crisis.
My child was diagnosed with cancer. We fought through it. He recovered. But it changed everything about how I understand pressure, priorities, and what resilience actually costs.
That experience pushed me to start working on myself. Psychologists, coaches, therapists. Hundreds of hours over several years. I saw firsthand what it means to have someone outside your system who helps you think clearly.
I realized this was missing for managers like me.
Someone who gets the industry, speaks the language, and offers a confidential space to think without the politics. Not therapy. Not consulting. A thinking partner.
I got certified as an ICF coach. Started coaching managers internally at Wargaming as part of their Global Leadership Program and built up 200+ coaching hours total.
Now I work independently with mid-senior managers and executives in GameDev and SaaS across Europe.
